The app allows users to browse and join available sports activities based on their preferences or create their own activities and invite others to participate.

Personal Information Provided by You. The personal information we collect may include: names; email addresses; passwords; gender; sport preferences; skill level; mailing addresses; date of birth; city.
Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.
Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, like your Apple, Google, or other social media account. If you choose to register in this way, we will collect certain profile information about you from the social media provider.
Application Data. If you use our application(s), we also may collect the following information if you choose to provide us with access or permission:
- Geolocation Information: We may request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our mobile application(s), to provide certain location-based services. Vendors, Consultants, and Other Third-Party Service Providers. We may share your data with third-party vendors who perform services for us, including:
- Cloud Computing Services: Google Cloud Platform
- Functionality and Infrastructure Optimization: Cloud Firestore and Cloud Storage for Firebase
- User Account Registration and Authentication: Firebase Authentication and Google Sign-In
- Web and Mobile Analytics: Google Analytics for Firebase
- Map Services and Autocomplete: Google Maps API and Google Places API
When we use Google Maps Platform APIs. We use certain Google Maps Platform APIs to retrieve information when you make location-specific requests. This includes: City; latitude/longitude. Google Maps uses GPS, Wi-Fi, and cell towers to estimate your location. GPS is accurate to about 20 meters, while Wi-Fi and cell towers help improve accuracy when GPS signals are weak. We obtain and store on your device ("cache") your location for one (1) month. You may revoke your consent anytime by contacting us.
Other Situations: We may share or transfer your information in connection with any merger, sale of company assets, or financing. We may also share information with Affiliates (parent company, subsidiaries) or Other Users when you interact with public areas of the Services.
5. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?
In Short: We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and store your information.

In Short: If you choose to register or log in using social media, we will receive profile information about you (name, email address, friends list, profile picture).
We will use the information received only for purposes described in this Privacy Notice. Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider.
7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this notice, unless a longer retention period is required by law. No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than the period of time in which users have an account with us.

We have implemented technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your information. However, despite our safeguards, no electronic transmission or storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk.
9. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
The Services are not directed to, and are not intended for use by, individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you may not register for, access, or use the Services. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor under 18 without verified consent, we will promptly delete it. In some regions (EEA, UK, Switzerland), you have rights allowing greater access to and control over your personal information, including the right to request access, rectification, erasure, or to object to processing.
Account Information
- Update: Users may log in to their account at any time to review and update personal information via the Profile Settings section.
- Deletion: You may request the permanent deletion of your account and data via App settings or by emailing delete@playwe.app. We will process your request within 30 days. This permanently removes: Profile info, Messages, Event history, Preferences, Location data, and Personal identifiers. Once deleted, it cannot be restored.
11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
